mac&cheese



It's just barely above zero outside, so I'm in the mood for comfort food. This mac&cheese features brussels sprouts, mezzi rigatoni, a multigrain crust, and more white sauce than cheese. Plus, it meant boiling water and using the oven, so it warmed me up long before dinner time.
Lots for lunch, and now I'm using the water to cook garbonzoes for another meal. It's just Wednesday, so I'm trying to think one day ahead.
Stacey liked it and suggested marinated artichoke hearts as the central veg next time. Maybe so.
